MEGAN ROWE, M.ED LPC
COUNSELOR

Becoming a parent or simply becoming who you are can bring both joy and challenge. Whether you’re navigating the postpartum season, balancing high expectations, or moving through a major life transition, it’s easy to feel disconnected from yourself. Anxiety, past trauma, attachment wounds, or ADHD can make that load even heavier.

I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting women through the emotional and identity shifts that come with pregnancy, motherhood, and beyond. I also work with college students and women facing anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions.

Together, we’ll unpack what feels heavy, rebuild connection and confidence, and create a path toward healing that feels balanced and sustainable. My goal is to help you find peace, clarity, and growth—right where you are.

LEARN MORE ABOUT ME

Passionate Counselor

Hi, I’m Megan Rowe, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients virtually across Texas and Oklahoma. I specialize in helping women, parents, and college students navigate anxiety, postpartum transitions, trauma, and the many pressures of everyday life.

I believe most of us already carry the tools we need for healing—we just need a safe space to uncover and use them. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns, relationships, and parts of your story that shape how you show up in the world, so you can move toward greater balance, confidence, and connection.

I began my counseling career more than a decade ago after earning my Master’s in Counseling from Oklahoma City University. Since then, I’ve continued to grow through advanced training in trauma-informed and relational approaches, integrating tools from CBT, DBT, and attachment-based therapies to meet each client’s unique needs.

Today, my practice is rooted in relationships, community, and the belief that small moments of awareness can lead to meaningful change. I’m especially passionate about supporting women through the perinatal and postpartum seasons, helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered in both motherhood and identity.

Outside of counseling, I’m a mom of two energetic boys and a rescue dog parent. I love gardening, running, the arts, reading, and experimenting in the kitchen—though not every new recipe earns family approval.

If you’re ready to feel more centered and supported, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
